This DOES sound like fun! One question: what if one doesn't have a blog? ^^;
If you do not have a blog... it doesn't mater! Any place you can post a picture... Photobucket, flicker, or ANY other types of blogs or other website... as long as there is a URL. :) Hope that helped! :)
